Biography :
Peter Von Kahle is a real estate agent with Pearson Smith Realty in Northern Virginia. He believes that the smoothest transactions happen when there is trust between the client and the agent and that comes with a relationship first and foremost. He strives to have a relationship with all of his clients so that they know he has their best interest at heart.
Secondly, Peter knows that when buyers and sellers are educated about the market and the process before the process begins, it leaves little room for surprises and stressful situations. Because of this, he takes the time to educate all of his clients on what to expect during their transaction. This way, everyone is on the same page and can relax knowing that things will go smoothly!
Peter lives with his wife and children in Leesburg and has way more chickens in his backyard that his wife initially agreed upon and allowed.
